Will the Crush Fade Away?
About a week and a half ago a new girl started working with me at my job. From day one, it was obvious that she was into me, and since I felt strong chemistry towards her too, I returned her signals by flirting in an obvious way to her as well. We worked together for about 4 days but today was my last day working with her for the following 9 days since Ill be on vacation during all that time.
Now Im here home worried and nervous that this craze between us will no longer exist when I return back.
This all may not sound like a big deal, thing is that I feel I should have made my move today by exchanging numbers with her when I was saying good bye, and now I feel really dreadful and guilty for my hesitation.
Would anyone happen to know how favorable the chances of me returning to where our chemistry left off after the vacation are? If good, Ill certainly be taking it to the next level upon returning.
If no, I might plan on canceling my vacation to continue working throughout the week, as crazy as it may sound; I just think there may be a future for us two being together.

Re: Will the Crush Fade Away?
Alright let me put it to you like this, make a move but don't cancel your vacation
I'll use me as an example. There was this new girl at school a long while back. Well I had a crush on her and she never really noticed me. Then I got to know her a little and a few things happened here and there. Basicly I had a chance. Well we go on Winter Break and I think I'll make my move when I get back. Two weeks go by, I come to school. What happened? Someone beat me to her!
Her and I have always sort of had something between each other but she was always with him. I hate myself for screwing that up.

you shouldn't make all this fuss about a single girl, they're not worth it, and if she is, she'll still be there after you vacation

Re: Will the Crush Fade Away?
When you are old and crusty, it' s not the things you did do you regret, it's the ones you didnt.
Go for it.
Go for it now.
What do you have to lose?

Totally agree with yoyobek. Life is as much about what you in fact do not do, as it as about what you do in fact do. Faint heart never won fair lady. I jacked that from some movie, I think.

Re: Will the Crush Fade Away?
TONIGHT WAS A GOOD NIGHT!!!!!
The girl was able to obtain my number from work and she called me tonight. We spoke for about 80 minutes just until now. I told her how I felt about her and we plan on getting together later this week outside of work.
