Well I dont know how but i got some sort of infection at the base off my penis i dont think its an std becuase i only had safe sex for the last 3 years (one time a little mistake)

first it was a little wound or something i dunno maybe an ingrown hair or little sore

maybe that ppp thing or somehting dunno

but then it started hurtin and now pus comes out and the at the base of my penis some sort of vein or muscle is fat and hurts a bit wel it really sucks...

and i dont want to go to a doctor right away, cause i think its only a little infection or something but could it be something serious because i dont want my dick to fall of

this really sucks

Its probaly just a blister that popped and got infected. You can prevent blisters by useing lubrication during your 6 hour masturbation sessions.

If you have an infection that is painful to touch, chances are you could use some penicillin or something similar. You need a prescription for that. It is no big deal. All the doctor does is takes a look, says, "Yep, you’re right, it is infected,” and he hands you a piece of paper that you take to a pharmacy. No big deal man.

latex ones do, not 100% effective but mid to high 90s, sheepskin condoms don't do shit and who wants to put their johnson in a piece of dead sheep, post mortem bestiality...and they don't work if you leave them in your pocket instead of putting them on either.

^ Condoms are great at stopping AIDS and Syphilus (i cant spell)...but condoms can not necessarily stop HPV (Genital warts) or Herpes...nope, not even the laytex ones

It is probably not an STD, given that it started out as what you thought was an ingrown hair. But trust me here...you DO NOT want an infection on a wound near your genitals. As much as a joke as you make it, an infection can become gangrenous quickly if not taken care of, and your penis will fall off. If you go to the doctor and it is an infection, he will give you some anti-biotics and you're set.

On the issue of explaining it to your parents...where do you live? Chances are you live within the vacinity of a Planned Parenthood Clinic or another such clinic. They are required to provide STD testing without telling your parents in most areas. They have doctors there, so even if it is just an infection, they will be able to give you a prescription.

could be and ingrown hair, but i would get it checked just in case.
