My some wonder i obtained the number of a girl i really like. She didn't give it to me, but her friend did. She'd been giving me mixed signals for weeks now. One day she would ignore me completely and the next she shoot me the odd lusty look so i didn't have a fucking clue what see thought of me.

Anyways, i decide a good conversation starter is to check i've actually got her number and not some 42 year old fat bloke called Dave. So i text her and tell her its James (we're pretty good friends) and say if this is her number can she text back because i've got something to say. She knows i like her.

It's been a pretty long time now, too long for her not to have checked her messages, and there has been no replys. I'm guessing no news is bad news so it looks like another one to go on my list of fuck-ups.

Trouble is, i have to see her tomorrow and whats worse is i have to talk to her. As i said we're pretty good friends and i don't really want that to change. The last person i asked out, who was actually a friend of mine, said no, and i sort of went a bit emo on her and avoided her for a bit (about three months). Anyways, now she hates my guts and some of her friends (who are also my friends) got seriously pissed off at me. So it looks like we're gonna have uncomfortable conversation and there is nothing i hate more then that.
