So here's the deal. If you remember a little ways back I had my experiment with a girl, where I acted like a jackass to her. She showed interest. This was phase 1. I then established that I could hold a serious conversation, as I helped her through some of her little dramatic problems or whatever. This developed depth in my personality. Phase 2. I figure phase 3 is to develop a romantic side a little.

Herein lies the problem. I am kinda still on the "flirty friends" side of things, and she's the type of girl that'll think that sappy romantic crap is gay (not literally gay...rather not cool.) So I have to devolope my romantic side by doing something thats not cheesy or anything.

So that being said...Any suggestions? Oh and keep in mind that I am experimenting with different how-to-get-girls techniques here so I don't really mind if she winds up hating me.

When she gets scared, hold her. Give her little smiles. Bring out for a drink. Even sitting at home and watching a movie isn't all that gay.

Flowers are what you buy for someone after that step has taken place and you are officially together(especially for no reason at all). You need to be creatively romantic now, unique and all that. Suprise her. And even if she seems like the kind of girl that doesn't like sappy stuff I assure you that she would love some mature romantic gesture that shows some thought.

I'll have to tell of my current situation soon, it's an interesting one much like yours.

After my little hiatus (the reason is in another post but, in short, I'm sick) I plan to playfully give her little kisses and shit. I figure it should work well, even though it's not particularly romantic. Flowers won't work unfortunatly.

Does she have a job? if so just go randomly visit her there. works for me all the time. i went and visited this one chick at her work and right after she got out she dragged me to her house and fucked the shit out of me. just be spontanious. do the unexpected, they love that shit.

Nah she doesn't have a job, but that's a good idea still. Just show up to her house or something.

The hardest part is going to be breaking through that "friendship" barrier. As much as I tried not to, a friendship developed. It sucks, but I gotta break that,
