So, I have a friend. He likes this girl, but never actually went out with her. They hung out, talked, made out a few times from what I understand.

Anyways, this girl is pretty hot. No girl is hot enough to break up a friendship, so you don't even need to mention that.

I just wanna know when I should think about hooking up with this girl (not boyfriend/girlfriend, just sexually or physically). We're friends now, she likes me...so that's not even really an issue. The issue is just when to know when its REALLY ok. Some guys might be like "oh, its ok, she's yours" when they really still like her. I'm talking to much...thoughts/answer?

Just ask him.
