if you just started going out with her, or if she was with the other guy for a long time, then she's probably just used to saying his name. it means she's comfortable enough with you not to think about what to call you.

I've called bf's not only by the previous bf's name, but by the names of random previous bf's from the past. Even those I haven't thought of in years. It happens. Just laugh it off.
