GO SEE A DOCTOR NOW!

I have no idea what it is, but if it is cancer they need to catch it early. So go see a doctor! Now!

There is a good chance you have testicular cancer....No wait...I meant the chance that the lump on your testicle is cancerous. It is probably either nothing or a cyst (or something of the like) that they will just remove with local anesthetic. It shouldn't be too big of a deal. But you should still go see a doctor. Here is an important life lesson...If you find a bump that is not supposed to be there or has just developed, go to the doctor. Chances are its just nothing, but it's really unnerving to not know what it is. Whether or not it's serious, you'll have less stress when you know about it.
