I don't have nuts. That said, I've had a few friends who have had blue balls that physically hurt and even turn kind of blue. Apparently it's from your nuts thinking they were going to blow their load, so they make more sperm. But you you didn't ejaculate, so there's too much stuff in there. Or something.

they dont hurt anymore but it took about an hour and a half for the pain to subside. jerked off today, feeling fine. so im sure its nothing serious
