Possible but highly improbable. A pregnancy resulting from such circumstances would be of great interest to medical science. You'd have to have a phenomenally high count of super-active sperm. She'd have to be at the height of her fertile phase and have a particularly friendly uterine environment.

If you were to trying to get her pregnant in such a manner it would be difficult! The sticky stuff you talk of is semen which does carry sperm but not always and by the kind of way you describe things it wouldnt have had much if any sperm at all. I would suggest if you are concerned about this type of thing to have a look at some more educational sites and even some books that can go into greater depth abut it.

As for her being pregnant form this encounter, Iseriously doubt it.
