Default dealing with jealousy

I'm a little too jealous of what my gf does at times. I mean, the slightest thing like my gf going to a friends house with a couple of his buddies gets me down. Any adivce? Am i crazy or is this justified? Any way of controlling it?

You give so little info about your/her relationship that it makes it hard for anyone to give you specific, meaningful advice.

That ugly green monster (jealousy) can rear its head anytime, but you have to evaluate where you and her stand. Are you a couple? Are you exclusive? If I have a GF and we're exclusive and she wants to spend some time with a (guy) friend(s), do I trust her? I'd like to think so. If she gives me a reason to NOT trust her then the exclusiveness of the relationship comes to bear.

Don't take it to heart that she's 'cheating' on you just because she has 'guy' friends... but keep yourself aware, don't be a dumbass and greet her coming from this 'friends' place, pulling up her panties, and thinking it's all okay.

Sorry, best advice I can offer on so little input to go by.

I'm typically a pretty jealous guy myself. But as of lately I have somehow tricked myself into not being this way.

While I don't know of any reliable, effective way of controlling it, I can tell you that, to help suppress the jealous rage, I simply force myself to not care if my girl's out doing some other guy.

Depends on what kind of girl she is. If she hung out with all her guy friends before you were going out, and nothing was really going on, then it's probably all good. But if it's just a recent thing, then maybe you should look into it. Most of my friends are guys, so if I'm ever in a relationship (hahahaha...hahaha, me relationship...that's great) and my b/f had a *big* problem with me chillin with my guy friends, I'd likely dump his ass right there. You probably have nothing to worry about man.
