Age Difference
Ok I'm in 9th and I'm dating this girl in 7th. She's only like a year and a month or so younger then me though. But I really like her and she likes me. But anyway I've been getting some shit from people about it but some people are fine with it. So what do you guys think about the age difference?

Re: Age Difference
Dude, I think that it's fine. The problem that it creates is that when you start going to different schools if you do not already that you will grow apart maybe, but if the bond is good enough then it could happen. Another thing is that you will want things (sex) that she is not ready for at this age and as long as you can wait for that, then it's all good. She will respect you more for it. It is not illegal or abnormal so go for it. Congratulations man, respect her for what she is and it'll all work out.

Dude, what I don't understand is why you want 7th grade pussy. Unless she is really hot for her age and knows a thing or two, she ain't worth the crap.

^Most of the time what goes through that kind of guys brain is "Ooooh my girl is really thin and petite." They don't realize it's because she's still a kid.

Re: Age Difference
^^Not necessarily.
If they both like each other for who they really are, then no. But unfortunately a shitload of guys out there don't, so yeah, alright, I guess that goes for the general population..

I'm skeptical that any girl in the 7th grade and any guy in 9th for that matter is capable of truly "liking the other for who he/she is".

Re: Age Difference
I had C cups when I was in 7th grade, I was banging hott (to be humble)and could pass for well over 16 (I was 13).
Some girls that hit puberty younger than others develop both physically and mentally faster. If he gets along with her and their less than 2 years apart, why not?
Tell your friends to fuck off. I'd rather be with a cook chick a couple years younger than some crazy bitch that's my age (if I were in your situation).

Re: Age Difference
Well, you know the old saying, If there's grass on the field, play ball. If not, play in the mud. But seriously, I'm only a sophmore, but I really think she's too youg to do "stuff" with. That'd just be fucked up.

Re: Age Difference
i was in 10th grade ast year, and liked a girl in 8th.. i think we were farther apart than you guys are age wise though, so that kinda closes up the percentage gap thing.. anyways, i kinda asked her out and she said yeah but her parents would never fucking let her do anything and we didnt have rides anywhere anyways cause i couldnt drive and to make shit worse she waz one of my sister's (same age) friends. i called her almost every day and at one point i considered the possibility that i could be in love with her but we COULD NEVER DO ANYTHING after about 6 months we decided to stop trying to go out because it obviously wasnt working. duering the relation ship it was one of those things that 'you wouldnt give up for anything but would kindof be better off if the situation never presented itself' now i think it kindof fucked me up emotionally and i still kindof like her (it's been over a year since we decided to stop and i havent been in very close contact) acually i know it fucked me up.. my advice is that if she's allowed or willing to break rules, then go out, but if you wont be able to see eachother in person, do yourself a favor and forget it. i am speaking from experience, seriously, i know your situation obviously isnt exactly the same as mine was but think long and hard about it, and the long term.. i hope my advice helped, then all that paranoia and shit might do some good.. i think she has a b/f now and it ccomes *this* close to driving me crazy, and not only out of jealousy.. i think i really liked her, but if it didnt start, it wouldhave just been a passing infatuation.. sometimes i think you regret the things you do do, more than the things you don't do

Re: Age Difference
yes...what you must understand is that girls in the middle/high school range generally think guys their age are immature and childish looking...my firsy real boyfriend you could say was when i was in ninth grade and he was a senior..but i syill found him immature and eventually left him crying on the porch....dont worry ..younger is better shell feel shes more mature and wont give you as much shit as someone your own age..so go for it

Re: Age Difference
age shouldn't matter if you like each other, like the rest say, if ppl are giving you stick about they are probably just jealous.
The guy i like is 8 years older than me, although its not so much of a problem for me cause i'm outta school.
But my advice is yeah, if you both like each other, go for it, fuck what anyone else thinks...

Shut the fuck up. While it is sometimes true that people of different ages can be equally or inversely "mature", there is never the same level of experience and you will never be on the same frequency in
life.
The gap effect grows smaller with age. For example:
Guy: 15
Girl: 12
Gap Effect: Only three years at this stage is a big difference.
Guy: 24
Girl: 21
Gap Effect: Three years at this point is quite a bit less of an issue.
In response to others - I'm a supporter of the "You do what you want" motto, but sometimes there are certain things you don't do--like doing a chick in junior high.
Forget whether or not you two supposedly "love each other" or "it feels right" or "it doesn't matter what other people think". It does matter, when it comes to things like this. Use your smarter half and go with your gut, not your fucking emotions and lust.
All that I'm saying is probably nonsense and completely out of line to most of you, but I'll say it anyway.
