OK, there's this girl that I realy like but I'm friends with her and don't want her to lose her as a friend if she says no when I ask her out. Secondly, her brother is one of my best friends and I don't want him to be pissy about this. I know it's a fucked up situation, but I need help deciding what to do.

1. "have you ever thought of me as more than a friend?"

3. forget it

If you get the green light, I would go to the brother before he comes to you.

As I've told several people: If the friendship is worth keeping, telling them you have feelings won't hurt it in the end. Things may be discomforting for a couple days or a week, but don't worry.
