So, mrman, how do you control your gag reflex in these situations? Do you need to use those sprays, or do you just concentrate really hard? and yet you missed the "pretty much" part. take the average sized penis and compare it to the normal esophagus capacity. other than abnormal extremes in either area, everyone is able to make it fit. some people can, through concentration and practice, condition their body not to gag. others like some numbing agents to help them along.
