i've been running a little test on the opposite sex at work for a while now.

when i stare into girls eye's and smile while talking to them, they seem to like it and begin to flirt with me.

what do you all think?

I am actually familiar with this. I used to be rather shy and bashful and looked away when anyone talked to me. especially women. Then when I met a friend who constantly made eye contact, I gradually got used to it. And yes it does make people more interested. Girls actually compliment me on how I am a good listener and how they like to talk to me. I guess it just makes them feel like your paying more attention, or more interested in them. Everyone likes someone to pay attention to them.

It happens. The real question is will you get some from looking into those lovely pupils.

Yeah it works. I've always done it. But when I first thought about it, I decided to experiment by doing less to see if girls are less flirty and I'd say they were.

Just be careful not to do it too much. It can feel intrusive, and they might see it as creepy.

Astounding isn't it? Today I held open a door for two girls, and I heard one of them say to the other "he's so cute!!" (Not in the condescending way) Damn well made my day.

this is the real trick... but it only works if you're feeling a strong attraction to the girl. while she's talking and you're looking into her eyes, glance at her lips for about 2 quick seconds... do it with subtlety and tact every once in a while.. when girls see you mesmerized by their lips they go crazy...

this is another one that is great for gauging the situation, but doesn't always work in your favor... pay attention to where her feet are pointing, if one of them is pointing directly at you, it's a good sign, mimic that with your feet... if they're both pointing at you, point yours towards her for a little bit, then change position and point them away, go do something else...

Funny thing is I used to be really shy around girls, but ever since I have started looking them in the eyes when I talk to them this has gone away. I no longer fear walking up to a girl and starting a conversation. Don't know what it is, maybe I am getting more confidence.

When you have strong eye contact it is a sign of confidence and girls can smell that shit from a mile away. If your not confident around them they see that as your not confident enough to be with them. Do you all see now? CONFIDENCE!!! and they do like being listened to.

no, it's not all about confidence... you have a lot to learn about women. confidence is obviously important, but it's not all. it does not have universal body language signals.. so it's like an iceberg, most of it resides in your subconscious, with just the superficial tip floating at the surface for others to see. plus, a lot of guys exercise a level of confidence that is undeserved. if you think women don't see right thru it, then you probably also think men are the smarter sex...

what i was talking about is body language that is almost completely subconscious... so while it's impossible to read a woman's mind, if you have the knowledge to pick up on and use signals that would otherwise go unnoticed, it is to your advantage...
