Are you really good looking, or well endowed or something? Cause that might be the only reason they're going out with you. I doubt it though, most girls aren't that shallow. I think anyway.

But they really should be able to think of something specific about why they like you. You know, like your dazzling personality or whatever.

What the hell? All girls are just as shallow as any other human. Hence, all humans are shallow. Just because men like sex doesn't mean they are shallow. Take women for instance: they like to feel good. Both sexes are equally shallow when it comes to different things and it also happens that the human race is selfish and conceited by nature.

Now I know you didn't directly say that "men are the wicked sex" and that "women should rule the earth", but don't just say that most women aren't shallow, because they are.
