Personally i wouldnn't freak out cause if i'm sitting on a guys lap then it's only cause we like each other and am kinda expecting something like that to happen.

it's happened quite a few times and at first i didn't really know what to say or do but now that i'm older and wiser (?) i just go along with whatever the guy does or how i'm feeling... ;p

I'm kind of an idiot and tend not to notice the boners of dudes whose laps I'm sitting on. But if I do notice I'm not really put off by it. I don't sit on dudes I don't like.

I don't see what the big deal is. If he gets hard it means he likes you (or likes what you're doing). It's not like it means he's going to attack you.
