Humor is a good way to go from talking to flirting. Know any good jokes? It's especially good if your joke plays off something she just said. This is assuming you're not talking about a serious serious subject. Obviously, don't make a joke that might offend her.

Usually a playful nudge or a wink is i good flirt starter. Of course, if your grotesquely ugly, try not to flirt with too many girls.
