a lil while ago i was shaving "my area" and i slip and cut my "sac". So i sat down and looked at it...and i see a black dot...it looks like a big freckle...i think it maybe a freckle cuz as a child i was always naked and i live a beach community so my naked ass was always outside so i could have a freckle there....but what if it like testicular cancer or something....i kinda worried about it...should i go see a doctor?

Ive cut my balls. It hurt. And ya, unless something weird happens like it begins to grow or talk to you , then dont worry.

I'd be more worried about skin cancer than testicular cancer, it's probbally a mole/freckle. If it is bigger than the eraser on a pencil or different colors or has a very irregular border, get it checked out by a doctor. If it's fine, and doesn't get any bigger/change in the above ways, just check it every once in a while.
