I need help. me and this girl werent going out but we had a good thing going but she seems to be moving on past me. She lives to far away for us to work out a relationship and i *stupidly* knowing this got attached. But i know i shouldnt have and i dont want to me. Me and her talk online and on phone alot. Should i stop gradually? Or does it matter? Im sorry, i just need help..

You talk a lot now, but believe me, if you start to notice that she seems to be keeping contact with you out of habit, the sense she needs to, or some reason other than she wants to do it, you'll start talking to her less naturally. Plus, that'll only happen if she loses interest and doesn't stop talking to use as much first.

Cutting the cord fast and hard will hurt you both more. Only do it if necessary.
