Anyways. I heard chicks loose feeling in their nipples if the get them pierced. Is this true?

I don't have pierced nips, but from what I've read this does happen. But it is rare and only happens when pierced at small gauges (14g or lower). Apparently when pierced at larger gauges (10g and up) the nipples become more sensitive than they were before. Problem is that the jewelry for 10-8g is kind of ugly looking. But I would take extra sensitivity over more jewelry options.

umm glitter punk knows nothing of what she speaks of. (small gauges are 14 and up)

(larger gauges are 12 and lower) and i have never heard of anyone getting anthuing liwer than 10.

it is true that you might not beable to feel them as much. personaly i think that they look bad. and also you wont be able to breast feed. to each their own.

Yeah, I'm the one who doesn't know what I'm talking about. A 14g is small. Smaller than that would be like a 16, 18, or 20 gauge. That is small and not a good idea for nipple piercings. And if you've never heard of people getting pierced any bigger than 10g, that just shows that you don't know shit about piercings. im a male with pierced nipples, i enjoy it alot. i've heard getting them done raises them to the sensitivity of a female, and females get thier sensitivity raised that much more. i like them and like when girls play with them, fun stuff.

Calm down, I think it was just a bit of a misunderstanding. You did word it oddly (saying 14 and lower, rather than 14 and higher. I'm guessing that by lower you meant smaller, but the first instinct one would have would be to think numbers lower than 14).

Incidentally, I don't know crap about piercings, so I'm gonna stay out of this convo. Just trying to help keep things civil.

i think the average size for an original piercing in the nipple is 14g as it has the most jewellery available for it.

but as with all piercings you can stretch to 12g or 10g. although this would look hideous IMO. most shields are at 14g i belive.
