on monday, john, kim and sally came to my work. while they were there, john asked me if mia had called me and i said no and kim said something like 'mia used you' and she laughed. i told them that they would watch t.v. while i showered but john called mia(without me knowing) and picked her up while i was in the shower. went to Wonderland(a video game arcade) and i was trying to be distant to Mia but she kept on hugging me and kissing me. later, we meet up with Nathan and Kim left and we all went to my house to watch a movie and my mom asked me 'is Susan(...we have been together for 1 year and a half and broke up for 7 months and we got back together about 6 months ago and when we got back together, i told her that i want an open-relationship and she was okay with it, but slowly over time she made it change but i kept on saying that i wanted an open relationship.) there?' and i said 'no' and then told Mia that she is a friend. then John and Sally left. so it was just Mia, Nathan, and i there. Mia asked me 'is Susan your girlfriend' and i said 'yeah, but we have and open relationship' and she said 'but your still committed' and she got up and sat on a different couch. then, after about 5 minutes, she called a friend of hers and ask for him to pick her up. i asked her if i could talk to her outside and we both went outside. i said i was sorry and she started crying and said things like 'was i suppose to be your bitch on the side?'. the weird part is that she told me that Sally and Kim told her before we meet that i had a girlfriend and to stay away from me and that was why she didn't call me on saturday. i asked why she saw me and she said that she just wanted to get to know me. she told me not to tell my girlfriend but i said that i had to and she said just to tell her that it was a one night thing. then her friend came and she just walked away and didn't say anything.

on tuesday, i went over to my girlfriends house and broke up with her but didn't tell her about Mia, she cried and told me that she loves me and wants to marry me and i cried to. but i figure that if i stay with her, ill probley end up cheating on her again, and i dont want that. i decided that Mia wouldn't want me back, and i didn't have her number, so i wasn't going to contact her. so i went to Nathan's house and John was there and we played Halo. i wasn't going to tell them about me and Susan and i breaking up until a couple days passed. but Nathan said 'Lauien, you should break up with Susan and join the air-force' and i said 'actually, we just broke up today' and then John said 'you should call Mia and tell her that you broke up with your girlfriend for her. she will be so happy'. at first i said 'no, she probley hates me' and then john just dialed the number and gave me the phone. i told mia that i broke up with my girlfriend because i wanted to pursue a relationship with her and i asked her if she wanted to get together, she said yes and we agreed on seeing each other tomorrow.

on wednesday, i called mia and she said that she was at toys-r-us with john(and guy that i barely know) and kim. i went there and she gave me a big hug. we played around and i didn't really know how to act because i didn't know if she was mad at me or not. then we went to a music cd store and looked at cds. then mia and kim had to go home, so i took mia home and john took kim home. on the way home, mia asked me what i said on the phone yesturday and i told her that i broke up with my girlfriend and wanted a relationship with her. somehow, i told her that i wanted a relationship but i wanted to take it slow. later, i asked her what she wanted, and she said that she wanted a relationship but wanted to take it slow. when we got to her house, she told me that her mom wanted to meet me and i went inside and meet her mom, then she showed me her room and we look at some picture books of italy. when i left, she kissed me and hugged me. we kissed a lot of times(she doesn't use her tounge much). i asked when i should call her and she said that we could go to some basketball thing the next day.

the next day(thursday), some of her friends came to my fast food job and said something like 'mia told us about how you two are going to the prom', i dont know if this was a joke or what. i called her when i got home and she said that she was going to a movie with a friend and that he probley wouldn't be okay with me going and she said that she would call me back. she didn't call me until the next day(friday) in the afternoon. i called her and her phone rang until the answermachine came on, and then i got a call from her on a different phone. she said that she was on her way to another city to see a concert. i asked her why she didn't call me back and she said that things got hetic and she couldn't call me back. i told her that she could call me when she got back and she said that she would call me the next day(saturday).

What strikes me as odd is that she told me that two of our friends told her before we met that I had a girlfriend and to stay away from me, which was why she didn't call me after our first night. yesturday, she lost her cell phone while i was with her. so, i called her house phone(i got it from my caller id) and i got the answering machine, so i left a message. i called back 1 hour later and got the answering machine again. should i have called back today, or was it too soon to call? she hasn't called me back yet.

What kind of stuff do you have in common?

Because if it's one thing I've seen, it's that a relationship will not work long time if you don't share some ideals and have some things in common.

Most relationships that aren't like that are based on sexual things like kissing all the time(points finger), and since there's nothing really to base them on, but a need for a relationship, then eventually it falls through.

Most likely you just need someone, and are tricking yourself into believing this person is great just because you need a relationship.

Learn to be more independent and your relatinships will be better because they'll be based on liking a person for what things make them up, and not just because you're kind of compatible.

Of course, there are exceptions(love at first sight stuff), and I may be wrong about you.

i read the entire story. i understand it totally. i dont want to sound like a dickhead but you shouldnt be fucking around with younger girls in the first place.

Ive been following your story from the beginning (almost). Im sorry about what she said about you. Thats the problem with some 16 (or younger) girls, it just shows how immature most of them are. I know it hurts (or maybe not) but just forget about her. If you run in to her sometime or she calls you realizing the mistake she made just act normal, not pissed or anything you already know what shes like. Just tell her "Ive thought about us, but Im sorry it wouldnt have worked anyway I really wouldnt know what to talk about with a girl your age"
