ok, i've had these bumps on my shaft for as long as i can remember. Are they warts or what? ummm...the are about the size of .7mm Eversharp lead, the tip is what i mean...they are on the bottom and the sides of it, not the top of it. any suggestions?

I hella consulted my doctor about that. He said it was perfectly normal, but that "No man has not, at some point, questioned them." They're just places where hair could grow, but doesn't.

But if you are very concerned about it, or anything else like it, consult a medical doctor. They are the shit when it comes to it.
