Anybody had good results with snubbing a girl you like when she is playing hard to get.

If shes playing hard to get, pretending you're not interested in her is "snubbing" her, so she'll think that the hard to get role shes playing isnt working on trying to get with you.

At least I think so.... correct me if I'm wrong.

In my vocabulary, snubbing is when someone is cool towards someone else, as in ignoring them or in any other way slighting them. Example: "I rang Melissa yesterday to make up, but she snubbed me."

I don't know what the guy who started this thread is talking about. I guess what the poster above me said, but that's a more specific use of the word than is generally accepted.

IMO, the tactic works best if the girl is really hard to get, like a 9 or 10. Most girls are self conscious so you don't want to play with their insecurities too soon, but snubbing sometimes gets you attention if every guy she meets is falling over themselves for her. I would usually try an indirect insult instead though. It is more controllable.

Dude...If you know for a fact she is playing hard to get then the only advice I can give is to give her an ultimatum, for example:

"Look...I like you...Wanna get together or not?"

If she says no then leave it alone...Move on!

If she says yes then you have won!

If she says no but means yes then you *ahem* "snub" her...Bring her running back!

Actually, I have had some good results with this. Lots of pretty girls will draw you in with their feminine wiles, then play hard to get and establish their vaginal tyanny over you. The key is to be a nice guy, but when she isn't being nice back, respond with principled indignity. I used to do all kinds of nice stuff for her - score her cigarettes, give her rides, etc. - and she just kind of began to take it for granted. So one day she was like "Got my smokes?" I just glared, threw them at her, and said "Yeah, you're fucking welcome" and walked off. Then I repeated. Then I stopped doing her favors.

This all said: Look, I'm a gentleman, not your bitch. She learned a little respect, and long story short, now we're fuck buddies. The system works!
