I don’t know how this stuff ends up happening to me, but here goes…

I’ve known this girl all my life, I stopped talking to her in the last 3 years but she still goes to my school. Her mum is obsessed with the thought of me and her getting together aswell.

I started talking to her again lately and really like her so I hinted the concept of “us” and it didn’t fly (if you catch my drift).

The other day I was on a class trip and her form tutor was there, we were talking about this girl and her sister and her form tutor (who is a supergossip) overheard, she turned around and said, practically shouting “oh my god, you and Kelly (the girl) would make a great couple, aww…” anyway, she didn’t let go, I tried to tell her no, but she wouldn’t shut up!!!

In a week when Kelly gets back, Miss is gonna tell her and everyone is gonna hear of it.

MY LIFE IS OVER!

Has anyone got any suggestions to minimize the shame???

Don't go around saying "Hey, Don't Listen" cos you'll just sound like a twat! Just Chill-out and laugh about it and when people ask if ur going with her, just say "I Wish"

That’s pretty good advice, except for the bit where I say “I wish,” she’s too cocky to take that kind of a risk with. I can grin and bear it, but I don’t know for how long, this woman is persistent, and she’s funny aswell so if she makes jokes about it people will laugh.

The even worse thing about it is that it's gonna be super embarassing for her, it'll be like i've put her in that position, she'll think i've told the teacher that i fancy her. I might aswell start tightening the noose.

The way I see this, you have several choices:

1) Denial...Tell her it's bullshit.

2) Bravery...Say "Yeah..and what if I do fancy you?"

3) Comical...Just agree with whatever people say and then laugh at them and say "You dosey cunt!"

4) Rude...Anyone says anything, do it my way and tell them "Shut the fuck up and stay out my business you prick!"

My advice is to hate women, on another point woodrift would you like sex? By the way his advice works if you make it sound like he says hardly anyone will care. But she might know a little bit anyway.

admit everything....WHAT you got to loose?? damn.. why you teenagers always worry about such little things.. worry about the important things..

Just play it cool. Try not to care what other people think, that will only get in your way. Just "keep your eyes on the prize".
