You guys! oh my god i am about to fucking kill myself. there's this girl... I hang out with her like every day at lunch.

She won't eat. she thinks she is chubby. she isn't, if anything, she could get fat and still be hot. ask tru_souljer,i sent him a pic.

anyways, she thinks she is fat because she thinks no one likes her.

Thing is, I like her.

if i tell her, she will tell me she doesn't like me and i won't be able to hang out at lunch cause it will get awkward. If i don't tell her, she will starve.

How do I know she doesn't like me? i have been dropping hints, blatant hints.

Get closer to her and stuff. Sit so close side by side that your legs are touching. Make stupid excuses. Say youre cold or something.

About a month ago at lunch, my girlfriend (we weren't going out back then) sat in some water, and her ass was all wet. She didn't know what to do, so I told her to sit on my lap because it would help dry it out.

She's probably just looking to get attention. A lot of girls do that...actually MOST girls do that. They always say that they are unattractive in some way so guys will tell that they are not, and "I'm fat" is a major hit nation wide. I'll let you in a huge secret that will most probably break the ice for yah. Next time she says "I'm fat" or something like that, just say "if you were fat I wouldn't be able to do THIS" and then pick her up in the usual "carrying over the threshold" manner. Girls LOVE being picked up. If you aren't strong enough to pick her up then you might as well tell her that she is fat and watch her starve to death.

Going by the picture he linked to awhile back, lifting her is probably not an option, even if she's downright anorexic.

Make a judgment call. Do you think she's doing this for attention, or do you think she really, truly believes it? If it's the former, don't bullshit around with it.. just tell her straight out, "Fuck that, you're not fat, I don't know how you could think you are. Stop saying it." Should she do it again, shrug your shoulders and tell her you've said what you have to say. This is the best way I've found to help anyone who speaks poorly of themselves for the attention it garners them. Either they respect you more for telling it like it is or go sink deeper into their little bullshit world and leave you alone.

Now then.. if you think she means it, or if you do the above and then later get the sense you were wrong, you have to treat her a bit more gently. Use the fact she doesn't think anyone likes her to your advantage. Tell her, "Hey, I like you, even if you don't like me. If I do, I'm sure other guys do, too." Say it as truth, nothing more. If nothing else, that should give her at least a small esteem boost.

Besides that, all you can do is try to impress upon her the importance of getting food in her system. It may be wise to, at some point, bring up the fact that not eating puts the body into starvation mode. She's more likely to have a body she can be proud of if she eats enough, and eats right, than if she doesn't eat at all.

Plus, showing you care in a situation like this is sometimes what it takes to get you the girl. It may not.. but you don't have her right now, so what do you have to lose?

(Then eats junk food when hungry.)

You didn't directly address it. Yes, I did read the whole thing. Some people are insanely oblivious, and you just need to be straight-up. This girl could be one of the elite oblivious. Anyway, like I said, even if she doesn't like you, it would make her feel good.

she either isn't picking them up because she doesn't want too (you see, if she liked me she would jump at the oppertunity windows i leave open in conversations) or she might be picking them up and knowing that i like her, just not saying anything because she doesn't like me back and doesn't want to humiliate/embarass me.

Well, from what you told us, it sounds like she obviously hates your guts, and wishes you were dead. Your best bet is probably to fake your own death, and go live as a hermit in Tibet until you die from old age/ a rabid monk beating you over the head with a flying cheese monkey.

My actual advice is to just tell her. Come on! Isn't it worth the risk? No matter what you do, it will end up for the worse. If you two do go out, then when you bhreak up, things will be...awkward... whereas, if she says that she doesn't like you, it'll be awkward for a while, and then you'll both forget about it, and all will be good.

well, my opinoin on it is first, find her motives... is she doing this for attention, or because she *really* thinks shes fat? find that out first.

i agree with the skipping meals thing. most girls skip their major meals, then eat a bag of chips for lunch, along with some cookies and a coke. that WILL make you fat. perhaps, if she isnt fat, she FEELS fat... i know that does happen to me some, depending on what i had to eat that day. find out what she DOES eat...

now, set your goal: do you WANT her to start eating? or would you rather hook up with her, and by caring, youre hoping she will give in? im presuming the latter. id keep on her. let her know you care... let her know that youll be there for her if she needs you. is she says "nobody likes me" tell her "i like you", and see her reaction to it. that should tell you sometihng.
