I'm not completely sure but I don't think that a female can get pregnent while she is on her period.
The only thing I would watch out for is if you cum inside her she has a greater chance of getting a yeast infection while she is on her period though. But you should be wearing a condom anyways.

Yes, there is a slight chance she could get pregnant, depending on the virility of your sperm. If they can last alive in this environment for, say, 48 to 72 hours, then they're home free.
Always wear protection. No matter what.

How can you get pregnant when there is no egg cell in your uterus?!

actually there a new study done that says that women release like 3 or 4 eggs every month at different intervals. and most of the time, the egg is released only about a day or so after the period. there is a fair chance of getting knocked up.
wear a condom.
