I feel ya there. I can talk to all sexy ladies in the world but yet there is this one.... she holds some sort of spell over me. I don't know what it is but there is something that words don't really explain.

Just be nice to her and ask her questions about herself, people like attention and asking questions is how you control a conversation. When people say "be yourself" they mean don't brag or try to seem tough/smart/cool. If you feel akward give her a complement. Make sure it's a real one though but don't sound like a creep (eyes are also cliche).
