the more like lather the better, and cutting the hair short first makes it better too. and i think the more often u do it the more u get used to it?

go with the grain firstly, softly, slowly.

then against if you want a really close shave.

dont shower for a couple of hours after you do this.

wax. thats the only way to get rid of the hair without the bumps. although i hear epil stop works fairly well. nair will burn like hell.

don't use nair, it'll burn. if you have a sally's beauty supply near you, they have hair removal lotion (don't remember the name) that's specially for pubic hair. my ex bf used it, and it worked great.

Exfoliate. Those red bumps are just ingrown hairs. Shave very carefully and gently, exfoliate before and after. Be gentle, though.

Use the hair removal cream. It works.

Just trim very close. damn i hate those bumps.

I just trim now, while shaving was 'fun' it just isn't worth the two day itch.

Nair works great. Only wimps or those who don't follow directions think it burns. And besides, it only burns if there's broken skin, which there shouldn't be in the genital area.

I personally don't do anything to my pubes...Not after the itching of the re-growth thing!

I have been toying with the idea of trimming though.

I would trim them short...That's about it!

after your shave apply neosporin generously around all areas that you shaved.

it eventually abrsorbs and you'll have NO red bumps at all, works like a charm

well beside the obvious.

try using this new face lotion. neutogena's men's face lotion for sensative skin or whatever, says it cuts down on razor burn.

i use it, on my face, and it does work really well.
