As with most relationship things, this isn't just an easy yes/no answer...

If you're sneaking around watching porn behind your girlfriend's back, when you KNOW she's uncomfortable about pornography, then I say you're being unfaithful... it's not cheating by definition... but you are deceiving her and it involves sexual stimulation by another woman.

If your girlfriend is comfortable with porn, and enjoys watching it with you, then it can be REALLY enjoyable. My guy and I rented some naughty videos, and when we weren't laughing at how pathetic the "acting" was we were fucking like bunnies.

It's a judgement call, and it all depends on what your girl is comfortable with. If you're having a problem with your girl it might be because she feels left out... jealous of the attention you're giving these porno girls when she's not around... yeah that might sound silly to a guy (or it might not) but it's something you kinda have to accept. Maybe if you involve her in your porn viewing it could turn into something really fun, instead of something she feels threatened by.

Sneaking, no matter what or who it involves, is always a bad idea when it comes to relationships. If you can't be perfectly open and honest with your partner about anything and still have their acceptance then you're probably going to end up pretty miserable together. You and your partner should accept each other, but you should also make sure that you're doing what you can to make yourself easily acceptable... look out for their needs, while making sure they are meeting yours.

True, rules were MEANT to be broken.

I won't tolerate rules... I'm a grown up, I followed rules when I was a child... now I make the rules for myself.

Likewise, I won't be making any rules for other adults, especially my partner. The whole idea of loving someone is being able to trust them to make decisions that won't hurt you... making rules for them means they're just playing the part.

I've been deceived without even being given the chance to accept something... that REALLY pisses me off... I'm such an easy-to-please open minded person... how does someone conclude that just because they feel ashamed or guilty about something that they should lie to me and deny me the opportunity to be 100% okay with it... the one thing that really really bothers me is being lied to, and I realise in order to help prevent that I need to be accepting enough so that admitting any kind of truth is as easy as possible.

I don't suggest for a minute that you stop watching porn because your girlfriend doesn't like it, I'm just saying there are better ways to approach situations like this other than "oh, you don't like it? tough shit" and if you Do approach it the right way then you could end up getting her interested in sharing the porn experience. :P
