Its gotten bigger, yet AGAIN!. Its DARK RED, about the size and a half of the average pimple(considerably big), and just like before, when I tried to pop it, I was unsuccesfull. When I try to pop it, it gets "yellowish/whitish like when you put pressure on a part of your finger, then look at it..) under the skin on this bump..it had been popped twice before, and all that came out was blood..one time was when I was waking up(I ALWAYS sleep on my bedroom floor for some reason), I had accidently bumped into my bed, and that popped it..there was a crap load of blood, considering the size of this thing..the second time was when I was throwing up, except not as much blood came out. One of the deans from my school even asked me if I got punched in the nose because it looked so red..I was standing in teh middle of the lunch line, and the line was full, and I was in the middle basically..so just imagine how I felt..I am sure I turned red all over.

So from basic research, I think this may be a BOIL, or a CYST of some sort? I also think I can see a small vein going through the middle(might be something else?) By the way, this has been on my nose since the last couple weeks of 7th grade, and I am now in 9th grade..it has been getting bigger to the point where I wouldnt go to school(only happened once or twice), then it would get to certain degrees smaller..sometime it would be so small, you could only see it if you were within arms reach of me..

I told my mom to schedule a dermatologist appointment for me, and she said she would on monday, but I really am not counting on it. But does anyone know of a way that I can like..do something to test to see if it is a BOIL or a CYST? I remember reading about putting a warm rag over a boil..I am going to do that today..

I really do hope this will go down to AT LEAST the size of a pimple by monday, because I dont think I will go to school if it is still as big as it is(thats how horrible it is!!)

this may not help you at all, but some cysts can be cancerous. i had one on my back once and one of my other friends had one too except their's was semi-cancerous. i hope its not one of those.
