He does have a few valid points but I disagree with most of his philosophy. He feels that all woman want is money. Which I'm sorry even though I am a guy do not think is true. Yes there are plenty of shallow women out there but there are also plenty of good hearted woman that want a truly sincere man. That site does have some merrit if you are dealing with male chauvinistic pigs and shallow greedy women. But that is not what everyone is like.

From his site

quote:

Another thing to watch out for is the code words women use. Here is a translation guide for dealing with women.

Says: I want a man who is motivated and has goals.

Means: I want a rich man

Says: I want a man who knows how to treat a woman.

Means: I want a rich man

Says: He's from a really good family.

Means: He's from a really rich family.

Another thing that i don't agree with is the part where he says that if a man finds a woman attractive then they can not be friends. That is bullshit. I have female friends that are georgous but they are just friends. That is another shallow narrow minded opinion that he has

From the site

quote:

Many women want to argue this point and say things like " I have lots of guy friends." Maybe. There are exactly 3 cases Intellectual Whores has identified whereby a guy and a girl can be friends:

1. The guy is gay

2. The guy does not find you attractive.

3. The guy already has a woman much higher than you on the lad

Take Care,

Kangy

Sure, I see his point, but considering the broad range of women I know, I suspect what he calls "women" are a very limited group of women. No way do these principles apply to all women.

Simply put, the more choices a woman has, the more selctive she's going to be when choosing a mate. Duh.

I think when he says "women" he's referring to maybe 10% of the female population, at most. This is the group that is physically attractive by current standards, has a meaningful career and mainstream values.

Men like Dallas Lynn choose only from this select group, and their egos cause them to be perplexed when the women they choose want to be equally selective. Guys like Lynn don't get that they themselves are the victims of their own standards. They might think they deserve such women, but such women can often do much better.

Honestly, this guy still has some growing up to do.

Edit: Grr, this part really ticked me off:

"If a girl says any of the following to you:"

<UL TYPE=SQUARE>

<LI>"You're like a brother to me"

<LI>"You're like a big teddy bear"

<LI>"I feel like I can talk to you about anything"

<LI>"You're so nice"

<LI>"Can you help me with my homework"

</UL>

"Ladder Theory Explanation: You are on the friends ladder. So Sorry."

Again, with the exception of the brother remark, these are some of my best pick-up lines. Sorry lifejunkie, but this guy is officially a lamer.

I got the same impression. This guy is not brilliant. The stuff he says that is true is just common sense, but he takes it to extremes, and that seems to be personally motivated. His definition of "bitch" is very telling.

-Easy

edit:

Bitch -- 99.999% of women. Note for men: I know they are. Note to women: yes, you are in this group. More accurately it is a woman who is not honest about whyshe won't sleep with you. Or sometimes, just a woman who won't sleep with you. And of course women who won't admit the basic truth of Ladder Theory.

It most certainly has its exceptions, but I think that the theory is actually pretty well-worked out. Its just the way we are people, women needed to have the strongest, most powerful man to protect her from the other men. In modern society, these traits can make her appear shallow and manipulative. A similar sort of thing applies to men.
