they appear to be and are patterned like underdeveloped hair folicles. they're probably supposed to be there. unless they showed up like a week ago. that would just be fucked up.

You don't need to get rid of those, I've seen plenty of cock (I'm a blonde) and yours is normal. Perhaps it's "Goosebumps for Her Pleasure" hehe, but seriously, every dick I've ever seen has that same texture, so no worries.
