I am a freshman at a college that is very high on the "best party colleges" list and I have a problem. I haven't found a girlfriend or gotten laid yet. I have been to three parties already that had a lot of people but overall fucking sucked and I still haven't talked to a girl. I hold my own when it comes to getting women, and being attractive, my problem isn't my lack of attractivity. Yes, I am shy but not overtly shy, it is just a little rough for me to start talking to a girl I dont know with the intent of laying her. I don't know what the fuck to do, give me some help please.

I dunno for sure, but I am going to guess this is your problem. You cannot talk to a girl for the first time with the intent of laying her. You will reek of desperation. Do project sexuality, make her want you, but she has to be just another girl to you.

Don't talk to girls with an intent to lay them. Talk to them to meet them, to be nice and stuff; and hopefully you'll say the right stuff and project yourself as a confident, attactive guy. Just start up with idle chit-chat... "Hey, my name's so-and-so, what's yours?" etc. Then when you get comfortable talking with her, then you can try and put "some moves" on her and hopefully, she'll dig you.

I've been two a couple parties since I got here, and they were seriously weak. Cheap-ass beer and sorority girls who find my talking irritating, what the fuck? Is it that goddamn hard to buy a bottle of whiskey or two? It's a party, for Christ's sakes...

But I digress. Don't worry, if you're not a douchebag the women will find you. I've met some real nice girls just sitting out front of the dorm and offering them one of my smokes, in a gentlemanly fashion. If you act like you just wanna screw, they'll think your a creep, and they'll be right. Just be friendly.

As a testament to this method, one of the girls I met out front is coming by tonight... and she's even bringing whiskey. I think I'm in love.

You know you've found a catch when she can slam down a bottle of JD with you.

I'm still looking for her...

Alcohol solves every problem. I never make any misteaks under the influence. I have a little to drunk earlier.

Anyway, they gave pretty good advice. If you talk to a girl just because you want to fuck her, she'll sense that. Women are evil, manipulative creatures and should not be underestimated.

Where are you going that you can't get anything other than beer?

Frat parties for the most part suck, unless they are smaller and for members only. If you crash one of those, they have better stuff. Otherwise, go to private parties. Usually you get a whole lot more to choose from- both fruity fun drinks, and the hard stuff.

And just because its a party school does not mean your going to get laid. I'm at UT, number 2 party school on the list, and every girl I have met- with the exception of my first roommate- has been extremely picky.

My first roommmate...well. I got to meet a lot of guys- six stayed in our room during the two months we were together, and a lot of times she never came back. Then there was the volleyball court incident and the massages which crowded our halls and outside our window with long lines. But still, she has calmed down a lot, and is engaged now.
