ok so theres this girl and we both like each other a lot but the only problem is her boyfriend she hates his guts and shed like to go out with me but every time she says something to him he tries to hit her she scared shit less to break up with him and he is like 250 pounds and im only 135 and he is way bigger than me

he fuckin always treats her like shit and i want her and she wants me he went far enough to tell her she cant talk to me no more last time she talked to me he threatened to beat the shit outta me and her

Try to talk to him. If he is a moron he will still be hostile. From there you can:

A. Mold a bat out of concrete and remove his rotting teeth

or

B. Call the police, who wants to see their friend enslaved by some idiot?

By this I mean, perhaps she can start calling him several times per day, reading "Brides" magazine, asking him about children's names, breaking out in tears every time he mentions another girl's name (even his family) and saying "I love you" and asking him if he's sure he loves her, as much as yesterday, and will he love her as much tomorrow and the next year. Maybe if she goes loony enough he'll dump her.

In that case, I would have this girl talk to the police and ask for a restraining order. Even if they can't get one, the cops can go scare him a bit and there will be something on record if there are anymore complaints.

Well if you want to go that route, get tall muscular people from higher grades to assist you while you have a talk with him. Always worked for me in the younger grades. Just ask people, they may help you.

Ok....now I'm confused!! Is he big or not!? If he's big, and you're small, who cares if he has his friends with him. If you're that much smaller than him, and his friends aren't complete douchebags, they may not interfere. He should take care of you easily, so why does he need their help, right? And if you start beating his ass somehow, they definitely won't do anything.. if they did, it'd be to pull you off, and chances are very good this guy would suddenly be a laughingstock.

Realistically, though, your best bet is to get a little tape recorder and have her record everything he says around her. At the first threat, go to the police. Restraining orders are your friend.

If u realy cared bout this girl u wouldnt care how many friends his got or how big he is. If hes hurting Ur woman no matter how big he is youve gotta stand up for her. Even if u do lose.

Heres my advice:

Walk up to him, look him right in the eye, into his soul and calmly simle and say "Look mate, I think you have gone far enough, you need to stay away from her and me...because she is you don't, I will kill you" (remember to keep smiling, NEVER flinch, NEVER break eye contact and NEVER look like your scared, have the look in your eye that if he even dares disagree with you, you'll drop kick him to New Zealand).

Has he ever hit her or hurt her before?

I suggest telling her to break up with him in a fairly public place. You stand by, hidden and if he starts to hit her, hit him with a bat. It'll take some nerve, but do it anyways. Or, if you want to do it weaponless, get a bunch of friends to help you (2-3)
