well, i have an appointment made for next week. and before i get it done, i have a few questions about it. first of all, i should say that im getting a PA. i remember kangy, you said you had one of these, and i was hoping for your input here.

my questions:

1) does it make it hard to piss?

2) does it make it hard to orgasm?

3) what kind of after effects can i expect (ie. bleeding, irritation, etc.)

4) are there any sexual side effects (ie, inability to get an erection, inability to control an erection)

5) is there anything i should really know about before i get it done?

I've got a P.A., be prepared to sit when you piss from now on and wiping your tip off. It's going to bleed a little for the frist few weeks and be tender for about a month or so. What ever you do, don't have unprotected sex 'cause you can get an infection(that is, until it heals). Anyway, for the first few weeks you'll wake up with a very painful hard on. That is, if you get morning wood often.

Try to wear basketball shorts and clean, cotton boxers/underwear. Jeans can irritate it and cotton will let everything 'breathe'.

It's a wound, treat it like a wound. Urine is steril, so you don't have to clean every time you take a piss or anything. But sea salt soaks will help it heal. When I got my few genital piercings I got a cup of water and poured it on them while I was peeing because it kind of stung. I don't think that's work to well with a PA seeing as it passes right through your urethra. It might help though, who knows?

You'll probably be sensitive for the first few weeks. So you might be hornier than normal. But I've never heard of a healed PA making a dude have a 24 hour erection.

Get a good size guage. An 8 or 6 would be perfect. Your dick experiences some wear and tear what with sex and stuff, you're going to need a thick guage for leverage.

Talk to piercer if you've got any other questions. They'll be more than happy to help you.

You may want to pierce at an 8g and immediately taper to a 6g, as this will minimize bleeding. It's also better than piercing at a 6g, as I hear this tends to leave a "flappy thing"

To answer your questions

1) For the first couple of days it is a little harder to piss just because it is a little sore and bleeds a little bit

2) Actually it is the opposite. It makes it easier to orgasm. When you are having sex, head, whatever it helps stimulate your head and for me added alot more sensuality to it.

3) I mentioned the effects above. For the first two days it will probably bleed a little bit and be sore so just be carefull with it

4) No side effects for me unless you count' added pleasure and eager curios women

5) The only addition advice I can give you is that if you are going to do it you can't have sex for 3 weeks (i think, i can't remember the exact date on that) and you can't have anything unprotected even head for 3 months.
