Every guy grows different during an erection. Sometimes the bell is put on it is too tight for the ones that grow alot, so there for it kinda tears out when they are younger. When this happens little guys complain alot of it hurting while erected. Some have to have it redone when they become older...some deal with it. There are alot of medical reasons why they circumsize babies and only a few that has problems with it. *Some issues also include a toddler obsessed with his penis..running around naked thinking his penis can be run over or smashed into.....lol.
