Who needs a machine, I just use my tounge and my fingers to warm her up. If you "break" her by applying alot of stimulation to the "g-spot" like applying pressure to it and stuff. Then once she is broken {you will know} anything you do will make her orgasm, Sex is great for her at this moment.
