A pair of pantyhose works well for tying of the arms, it's stretchy, you can tie a pretty good knot, and it won't hurt her wrists. Just wrap the pantyhose around the headboard of your bed (or whatever you have) and tie a foot end around each wrist. Dark coloured scarfs (the longer kind, about 4ft. long) work well as blindfolds. The two main types of bondage are the fantasy kind where she can escape and the real kind where she can't. If you want the kind where she can escape, ties or scarves work well. If the other type is what you want, rope or chain. Some like the feel of rope as you can do several binds if she wants to focus on binds themselves. I like to use thin chain from Wal-Mart and tiny padlocks, but I did use rope in that story. It is easy to make the chains tight enough to be inescapable and loose enough to not cut off circulation.
