Congrats on the kiddo!

Just be understanding, that will help you out the most in this situation... the more easygoing you are about this the more likely it is that she'll come 'round. If you start getting pushy it will only make her become less interested, and possibly defensive.

Don't hint, don't nag, don't try to guilt her into anything. Be particularly affectionate and supportive and most of all patient... and wank lots to avoid the blue balls, hehe.

I hear the average post-partum "downtime" is something like 4 months. Gah.

Would she allow you to perform oral favors? Try offering that, with no reciprocation required. Chances are, with the pressure off, she'll be wanting to return the favor anyways.

take your time matey... let her know you are ready, but let her make the first move

Yeah, wait a while longer.

Go buy your kid a pimp-ass baby adidas jumpsuit, that's what I'd do.

I swear to God, my son's going to look cool as hell when I have one.

pregnancy does kill the sex drive a bit. give her a few weeks, she'll come around. just don't force it, she might not be fully healed yet. get her doing kegals, otherwise, she probably won't be tight at all.

That is some damn good advice.

Treat her like she is a girl that you have a crush on and you are trying to win her over. Take her out on a date, buy her flowers, drop her a note or two, and don't focus on sex. Women love to be persued and fear the inevitable point in a relationship when the chase is over. This may get her ready before she would be otherwise and can only help your relationship.
