Let me clear something up. Every external part of the poon is called the vulva. It's the collective noun for lips, clit, everything.

The outer lips are the labia majora which is normal skin where the hair grows. The labia minora is the thinner stretchier skin that the majora will either completely cover or sometimes they can stick out a bit.
