I dont know if your house should be the place where you make your first move, it is sort like a spider and the fly kind of situation. If you were going to pull something, you should already be quite clear if she is interested in you, and is coming over in the hopes of something happening. You should pick some nuetral territory to make a move, if she isnt interested, it will be less of scene then her getting all uncomfortable and having to take off out of your house because you tried to molest her.

Allright this is kind of off the wall from my usual advice. But I'm thinking that if she is planning on coming over to your house to wake you up and it will be just you too. Then just make sure you sleep naked the night before that way when she wakes you up, you can just get out of bed and stand up naked. Just act like you forget and don't act like you planned to do that. By her response you should be able to tell if she wants anything.
