Yeah, women and men's nipples are the same as far as the RANGE of sensation goes. Some native tribes in remote areas of the world actually use men as nursemaids. So in answer to your question, sure some guys like their nipples being licked, try it on your guy, he might. Of course, you also have to careful in this western world of machismo that you don't focus on the breast as a fundamental lust object (being that in most men's mind that role is for the female breast only).
