Simple question: when does confidence turn to arrogance?

As soon as you begin bragging for now reason. Confidence is silent and is shown by you not needing to brag about it. If you are confident in yourself than there is no reason to try to reassure yourself or others about it. Arrogence is more like false confidence in that you brag or try and convince yourself and others that you are confident. When in fact if you really were confident you wouldn't need to brag about it or convince anyone.
