That's exactly what happens to me. It feels so great, and I start to shake and get sort of dizzy, but I always make him stop. I'm not sure why, I sort of get scared, it's like I'm not in control and I can't really see straight. It's nothing to do with pissing.

Eh, if you're not careful there, you might end up passing out. I don't mean to scare you, but some ladies and some men pass out when they have orgasms.

slow your breathing. for a while my girlfriend had this trouble, but then we realized that she was hyperventilating. if you breath short fast shallow breaths, you will get dizzy, possibly pass out.

According to her she has never had an orgasm. My guess is that she has never felt such a thing and is afraid. I have never had this problem with a girl before, I find it rather strange actually.
