I checked on google for the answer to this but all I got were very... graphic pictures of genitals that had .. big problems.. so that wasn't fun..

Anyway I've got tiny little zit-like thingies on the top of my upper lip. They're just small little red dots, some are bigger, some have a black spot in the middle, and I've got like 4 or 5 of them on my entire lip. They're barely noticeable for the most part. I've never gone past making out with some poeple, and they didn't have anything I knew about.

Wanted to know what it was before something bigger developed out of it, if it is something to worry about at all.

This sounds more like at your dentist, they'll be able to give you some cream for it. It doesn't sound serious.

If you can't make it to the dentist, go to the pharmacist, they're good at stuff like that.

or, it could be pimples, or ingrown hairs.

did anyone ever notice how some people think that every little thing is an std and others seem to get stds and ignore the chanker hanging off their cock? it's really weird.

Well how the hell are we supposed to know? It's not like we read books on STD's on our own, and we have a right to be worried about shit like this.. don't you think? don't get me wrong man, im not critisizing you. im just making an observation. i've noticed that a lot of younger people, even some who've never had sex, think that for some reason they've got an std before they consider all the possibilities. a lot of times, they'll get little red bumps after they shave, then instead of thinking razorburn, or ingrown hairs, they think that they got crabs.

then another group, often the more college aged, get stds like gonorrhea, and for some reason they ignore it. they'll have a chanker hanging off their cock, it'll burn like hell when they piss, but they won't get checked out.

as for you, i think you're alright. it's probably acne, or blocked up pores. if you shave (assuming you're a guy) it might be ingrown hairs. if you're really worried about it, go to a dermatologist. but before you go doing anything drastic, start using an acne wash. neutrogena works well. use it for like a month, and if it doesn't get any better, then go do a doctor.

Yeah I shave, but I use that Clearisil stuff to wash my face. It's pretty clear for the most part so yeah. The only thing that gets annoying is sometimes (rarely) the little bumps get like infected and turn white, and it sticks out a lot.. so eh. Well I guess I'll just ignore it for now. Thanks
