The more often you do the hold back thing, the more you will learn how to hold back your orgasm. Another thing you can try is before you blow a load, pull out and firmly squeeze right below the head and hld it there until the feeling of the juices flowing is gone. it might take 5 seconds tops. And then just plug back in and keep going. Also, the more you do it, the better you become at it.
