I used to think i was overweight, so i lost weight now im starting to think im getting skinny but there is that once in a while when i still think im fat, im 18 now and i thought i would just give this idea up. for a while 12-15 i wouldnt even go swimming. im almost fine with it now. but i wouldnt walk around without a shirt on like some of these people. but tell me your opinion. one sec ill post my pic:

Dude your not fat. You look pretty cut and the only fat I noticed was a little itty bitty layer around your stomach which is still a ton less than 90% of other people. If you are that worried about it just start doing some more cardio training and eat a bit more healthy. But you really shouldn't have anything to be worried about. IF some one is going to judge you by that then give them the finger and tell them to fuck off.

you dont look bad at all honestly, you arent fat by any means and you are muscular. You just need confidence. And as kangy said, if are really really worried, go on a diet or do more cardio etc. But really, you dont need to be worried about it, you dont look bad.

Listen. You do NOT have to be worried about that layer. It sounds that you are just being self conscience about it. I would consider myself a fairly fit and cut person because I work out daily and I still have a little layer there. Exspecially around your stomach you will always have that. It is healthy to have that. If you had 0% body fat you would be unhealthy. Look at any professional athlete. I bet that they would have a little layer there two. Swimmers, Runners, even the skinniest of people still have that. The skin around your stomach area is also naturally a bit thicker.

I won't fault you for it, it always feels good to be told you're an attractive individual, as several people have done for you here. Plus, it's easy to get those remarks when you're so humble about it. But, if you're really concerned about how you look, rest assured that confidently knowing you've got no problems with that will do a hundred times more than any amount of exercise (as long as you stay at your current level of fitness or better, at least).

If you do have Body Dismorphic Disorder, I don't think there's really much you can do about it. People who have this tend to keep obsessing over their bodies no matter how good they look. As far as I know, therapy is the only way to deal with it.
