Scenario 1: Betty Lou is with Billy Bob for x months. They decide to go all the way. Billy Bob goes and brags to his friends and soon the whole school knows. Betty Lou, not wanting to be labled a slut, lies to everyone and says he raped her.

Scenario 2: It's a Saturday night and Jamie decides to go get smashed with some friends. After a few beers, that guy in the corner starts looking pretty good. He's drunk as fuck, so they end up having sex in the back seat of a car. The next day Jamie realizes that that guy was ugly as fuck. She convinces herself that she was too drunk to really know the situation and that the guy took advantage of her.

Scenario 3: Sue Slutterson goes out and gets fucked up the ass by some guy she just met. No alcohol, she just decides to fuck this guy. She has a boyfriend who isn't him. The guy talks. She talks. She tells everyone he raped her.

Nowadays every other chick you meet is a rape victim of some sort. Are guys really that insensitive these days or is it the chicks who are insensitive and willing to ruin a guy's life so she doesn't have to deal with the stigma of being a slut? What do yout think?

of course as a guy im going to say its the girls fault and they lie like shit but alot of times there was no sex at all alot of times the girl wants to look like a victim instead of the slut. she'll recieve a basket of fruit saying im sorry for your misfortune instead of a fruit in her eye from a car that had a person throw it as they drove by and yelled "SLUT!" and thought it was the most funny and justified thing to do in the history of mankind.girls lie. men lie. it really depends on the girl, the area, and the place of the incident.

take this into account if you will. if they are in court in scenario 2 they might test the guy for alchohol to make sure that he wasn't sober and just taking advantage of eachother. in which case they'd prolly both go to jail for statutory raping eachother, technically. no they didnt run around in circles with erections, they had underage sex and got juvi for raping EACHOTHER.bah. i'm sick of posting. girls dont give it up that much and some guys cant control themselves but they should have been locked up in the first place for being so uncontrollable. dont look over your shoulder twice at the guy whos your age and walking behind you at night time. he's prolly not going to stick a probe in your ass(yes I've seen what a probe actually looks like it's cold and made of metal) but if hes walking behind you at night and he has red hair well theres alot of red haired child molesters so watch out there. also if hes old watch out. dont let the dog he's walking fool you, it could be an act. these child molesters are getting more sane and elit nowadays.

anyways..scenario 1,2 and 3 may make up a good percentage of 'rape' cases but they are other scenarios...

i think you also forgot to add in the date rape scenario...im kinda busy now so i cant make a scenario 4...I'll leave that up to your imaginations

And yes its true. All of those scenario's belittle concern for people who have truly been raped in Dons Scenario 5

And this is the problem with rape. It's become so epidemic that the tables have turned too far. If anything flies in the face of "innocent until proven guilty", it's a rape accusation. Everyone knows it's his word against hers, and everyone loves the obvious victim.

What's scariest about this is not the idea that I, or any other guy, could get shunted off to jail because some girl had a PMS fit about us. It's that an entire generation of females is growing up seeing this, learning that you can get whatever you want by crying believably enough, and their male counterparts are learning to be paralyzed with fear at the prospects of facing the power women will have over them in at least the court of public opinion.

i recentlly found out that a girl i had sex with back in nov i think mite have been oct anyway i found out that a few days later she told someone i raped her,lucky for me a person who there was another 3 people in the house when we done it and one of these people had heard her sayin this and shut her up by tel;ling everyone what had really happened....it scares the shit outta me that she coulda made me out to be a rapest piece of shit and also the fact that i only heard of this 9 months later.

aloneandbroken, you misunderstood what I said. When someone is sober and knows that the person they are having sex with is drunk, that is taking advantage of someone. When both parties are extremely drunk, no one is really at fault.

Unless a chick ends up DEAD (or nearly dead) then she wasn't raped...

If a girl is living, breathing, and alive as ever, then she's a fucking slut and she's spinning shit.

Why? Because NO, most guys are NOT likely to forcefully take sex from an unwilling female.

A lot of guys are too insecure. Sexual rejection, especially at a young age, is something men try desperately to avoid and if you're raping a girl then chances are she's rejecting you.

A lot of guys are actually interested in meaningfull relationships with females, and they're not willing to risk totally ruining their reputation and chances with females by raping someone.

The only guys who actually go so far as to rape are going to be the guys who are SO bloody fucked up and sick that they also kill/beat/maim their victims... and yeah, I do know that he could be a guy from your school/church/work who appears to be normal, but is twisted on the inside...

If she doesn't have a mark on her, then it was consentual, or she got herself too drunk and a guy tucked in when he was offered a chance, in which case its her damn fault for drinking so much. You don't hear guys whinging about being raped when they wake up next to a dog the morning after... in fact, they never speak of it at all. :P

That is a wonderful theory.

Were it true, though, we wouldn't be having this discussion. The nature of rape would be such that all those who commit such a vile crime would be hunted down like dogs. There would be so few that the police would have the capability to do so.

Rape and taking advantage are completely different things

This reminds me of something that just happend at school, one of my friends broke up with his gf a few months ago, and she just now started spreading rumours around the school of how he used to hit and abuse her.. she even got teachers and parents involved.

Now I'm the only one that really knows this guy, and hes probably the nicest person I know, period.

He's confesssed to me that he never did anything wrong, I can vouch for him and everything I know about his ex says that she's a lying, manipulative bitch.

that happened to me, fortunately everyone knew her as a lying manipulative bitch and i got off scott free, jk i didnt do anything though. but she has done it to others. and some girl told everyone that my buddy raped her which he didnt she was just a slut and her parents found out. you need a contract to have sex with a girl nowadays
