Ohh.. well it is kinda tricky and there again.. practice is the best way to learn BUT, some basic rules:

1) use a lot of spit... a LOT

2) never use your teeth

3) try to get is as deep as you can without gagging (i.e. grab the dick with your hand so it's easier to control the depth)
