Well, I thought I was in love with her.

You feel like your in love because every time you see them you have such a nice feeling inside your stomach. Love has good times and bad, but if it's really love, you get through it and love goes on.

If the bitch (or bastard )dumps you first time things go wrong, and doesn't come back after a week or so, then someone wasn't feeling the love, and so obviously isn't worth your love anymore. How can you love someone who treats you like shit?

On a purely scientific level though, love is just a combination of pherimones and endorphines stimulated at various intrevals to give one the impression of an undying bond with another person.

I guess I'm way too cynical and pessismistic to be in love for too long. I'm not in love now, and I don't have any particularly fond feelings for anyone I know rite now.

Love is the ultimate drug, that's for sure. But like drugs, love can be stimulating, capricious and unpredictable. I've loved and been loved, dumped and been dumped. It's all good, and it all sucks.

Im quite pessimistic when people talk about "one love" or "love at "first sight"since the odds of 2 people meeting out of 6billion are extremely remote.

But I think people do grow to be in love (with a combination of trust and familiarisation(sp?)),some more easy than others).Also its more a case of lust at first sight rather than love but most people know that these days. So theres still hope, if you want it...

I've been in love. Or at least close to it. There was this chick, I was the only one who she told she was a lesbian, she used to come to my house every day and I started to really like her. As it turned out, the feeling was not mutual. She was into some other chick who didn't like the fact that I was bisexual, so the chick I loved stopped talking to me.
